A hitch bike rack made for use on a standard passenger vehicle cannot be used on the back of a trailer. The reason is that the further away from the rear axle a hitch is located the more stresses, both vertical and horizontal, will be placed on anything installed in that hitch. The only bike rack on the market that is able to handle up to 6 bikes is the Yakima HangOver # Y02485. This is designed for your standard mountain bike and comes with a 2" hitch receiver. It can accommodate up to 37.5 lb bikes and this rack weighs in at 76 lbs.

To determine which RV hitch receiver will fit your camper you'll need to measure the frame. The RV hitches that we have are:
Curt # 13703 for frames 22 to 72 inches wide
Curt # C13701 for frames 18 to 51 inches wide
Curt # C13702 for frames 18 to 51 inches wide
Ultra-Fab # UF35-946403 for frames 47-1/8 to 77 inches wide
The Curt hitches can be bolted or welded on while the Ultra-Fab is a weld-on.

When loading your bike onto your Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR, you are going to want to load your bike closest to the rear of the rack closest to the trailer to prevent additional stress on the rack.
Since clearance seems to be a and you're only transporting one bike, I recommend adding a hitch extender like the:

An RV or trailer has a lot more movement at the rear than a passenger vehicle does. This causes additional stress on any hitch mounted accessories like a bike rack. Rack manufacturers design and test certain racks to handle the additional stress.

For your Lance 1685 Camper, you're realisitcally not going to be able to do what you're intending to do. You would really need to upgrade your hitch to a 2" reciever instead, with # UF35-946403.

I have some options for you that may work, but unfortunately part # RM-077-4, or any other hitch adapter isn't a viable solution. Specifically, the # RM-077-4 Roadmaster dual receiver is not designed to tow a trailer. I can only be used for flat towing a vehicle with all 4 wheels on the ground. When flat towing there is virtually no tongue weight from the towed vehicle. Using a 2-1/2-inch to 2-inch hitch reducer sleeve like # C45405, # BWRHXA2182 or # DTADP35 will allow a 2-inch accessory to fit in your 2-1/2-inch hitch but these Thule and Yakima bike racks you mentioned include their own anti-rattle locks that will not fit the 2-1/2-inch hitch tube.

I have a solution for you, but the Swagman Roamer # S80510 is not a track mounted system, so it's not going to work in the roof tracks you've got. I'll also add that most roof rack manufacturers don't test their systems with other brands, and since we don't know exactly what you've got there I can't tell you what's going to fit on them (most will, but we have not been able to confirm). The 2 inch hitch ball is the most common, and will be fine for your application as long as you do not exceed the gross towing weight, (or GTW), of the vehicle. I would recommend item number # 19255, a 2 inch hitch ball.

Since one of your bikes is a women's bike I would stick with a platform rack so you won't need a bike frame adapter bar. The Swagman # S64663 is a great option because it doesn't have a rise on the shank which will lower the profile of the bikes. I've attached a picture of a customer who uses this bike on the front of a Ford F-150. You can see the bikes over the hood while driving but it's fairly minimal.

I suggest using the Draw-Tite # 2736 ball mount. It measures 12 inches from the hitch pin hole to the ball hole and will work with your hitch ball that has a 1 inch shank. It also has a 3/4 inch rise.
